RIVERCHASE - When you are 0-7 in the BDFL, you have to win the rest of your regular season games to be eligible for the league's elite playoff format, the Big Daddy Championship Series (BDCS). Also, this is the part of the regular season where the Pucker Factor builds and you not only have to win, but manage the pressure. Right now, the Black Creek Doo Doo Pumpers are managing the pressure and playing like a Two Out Ball Club as they have rallied to win three straight and are keeping the Pepto-Bismal on the shelve for another week. The Tribe's latest victims were the Cheetahs who were ambushed 56-26 and must now manage their own Pucker Factor with only four wins. The BDCS only takes eight teams and there are still 14 teams mathematically eligible for the league's Big Dance in Week 15.

The Big Daddy Championship Series (BDCS) is taking form

AUDUBON - With only four weeks left in the regular season, teams are being eliminated from the BDFL's patented BDCS playoffs which determine the league's annual champions. With stringent qualifications of at least seven wins and a division title as the only guarantee to the Big Dance, the BDCS is only for the BDFL's elite. Four other teams will qualify as wildcards, but must have the seven wins and the next four highest point totals regardless of their division affiliation. It is truly the best of the best. All eight will then be seated for the first round based on their Week 14 point totals and reseated each week until the Big Daddy Bowl in Week 17. Always thrilling in the BDFL!
