A Dolodome Power Surge

PowerSleds "Dial 8" in Week 3 to put the league on notice that they have toned up for the another title run in 2013

DOLOMITE - A dynamite type explosion occured this weekend at the famed Dolodome as the homestanding PowerSleds grandstanded after taking the Armadillos 48-17 in the finals of the Class C certified USSSA regional on Sunday. It was an unlimited homerun tournament, as you can tell by the score. The visiting Armos with David Valleto, Scott Allen, Robert Tesney and Mike "Bucket" Burkett didn't have enough ammo, or firepower, to keep up with the likes of heavyweight hitters like Bufu, Big John, Tommy Walburn and Kenny B. Alridge. The Sleds were launching rockets over the 350 ft. porch in left field all night while the Lone Stars, who's butts were so tight you couldn't drive a 10 penny nail anywhere near them, sprinkled the infield with David Belrose patented CS pop-ups all night long.

Annual Supplemental Draft coming after Week 7 games

TITLETOWN - The desire to get better and improve your club in the BDFL is coming up in a few short weeks with the annual BDFL Supplemental Draft. For the novice BDFL fans out there, this is when each BDFL team can drop one unproductive player and draft another to improve their roster for the second half of the season. The one-round electronic draft goes in the order of the worse to first in total points. Teams can pick or pass when it is their turn and will be automatically passed if there is a long delay, or no response when it is their turn to pick. Remember, seasons can be salvaged and titles won with a good Sup Draft.
