Haymakers venture into the Dolodome to slay the Sleds and come out grinning

DOLOMITE – Back in the day when the notorius Bricks fielded an intramural softball team down on the Capstone, there wasn't a coach, but you had your role players: P-Forrest Farmer, 1B-Jack Barnes, 2B-Mark Burr and CF-Tommy Todd. So one tight game when the pitcher told the centerfielder to back up in fear the hitter would hit one over his head, Woosier just stayed put and quite. After Farmer repeatedly demanded he back up, Tommy uttered the classic "You play your position and I'll play mine". Then as legend would have it, the batter lined out right where he was playing to end the inning.
