Blitz wins the Battle for Middle-earth

The undefeated Blitz outlasts the Wizards to win an epic BDFL shootout in Week #4

GONDOR, M.E. - In an imperial clash of wills between history and fantasy, the Druids blitzed the Hobbits 54-50 to win the ultimate Battle for Middle-earth. In this sci-fi action adventure, the bloody Red Baron, Manfred von Richthofen, and his famous Gritz Blitz squadron, flys back in time to invade The Shire with a Nazi-like mission to annihilate the humanoid race. However the under-matched Hobbits, led by Bilbo and Frodo Baggins and the Wizard (Gandalf) put up one heck of a fight. In the end, the Blitz prevailed in a barnburning BDFL instant classic.

Supplemental Draft can't get here fast enough for some teams TITLETOWN - The injury lightning bug has hit the BDFL hard this year. Sam Bradford, Carson Palmer, Dennis Pitta, Matt Cassel and Danny Woodhead are just a few of the players who are out for the season, or have missed significant playing time already this season. For these teams, relief in the form of the 2014 BDFL Supplemental Draft is on the way. After Week #7 games the BDFL will conduct a one-round email draft so teams can address any roster shortcoming due to injury, or poor production. From worse to first, each team can drop one player and add an undrafted player to their roster.
