NORTH CANTON - The Wood Brothers had been tuning up the big block Dodge for weeks in anticipation of a legendary run for the Ohio Hoochie Coochie Hooch Haulers reminiscent of the Bandit and Snowman's run of original Coors cases from Texarkana, Texas to Jonesboro, Georgia in 1977. What the Wood Brothers didn't anticipate was the Native Americans passion and dependence on the Heartland's prized maize mash. Led by Sheriff (Coach) Buford T. Justice (Bobby Bowden) and Chief Chunk'em Long (Future Hall of Famer Tom Brady), the Totem Poles (rhymes with Seminoles) rode their mustangs into the cradle of professional football to ambush the Moonshiners at their Fawcett Stadium tailgate, unload the former Johnson County Sheriff squad car of their weekly load and squeeze the juices out of the Bootleggers fine white corn mash (a al Max Sanderson) for their own enjoyment.
